Job Purpose:

To lead the ERP team in developing, implementing, and optimizing the organization’s ERP system to streamline business processes and support strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Strategic ERP Leadership: Create and carry out an ERP plan to help GSM Group's digital transformation projects.
Supervise the ERP system's integration with other companywide technical developments.
ERP System Administration: Oversee the daily functioning of the ERP system to guarantee performance and stability.
Work with several departments to tailor and enhance ERP features.
Oversee change management initiatives connected to ERP system adjustments and updates.
Create training courses to improve employee competence in using the ERP system.
Project Management: Oversee ERP-related initiatives guaranteeing on-time, within-scope, and budget delivery.
ERP system concerns should be handled by IT serving as the main point of contact with other business divisions.
Resolve technical issues and ERP system problems promptly.
Provide knowledgeable advice and answers to user questions and operational difficulties.
Reporting and Analysis: Create and keep up ERP-generated reports for corporate insights.
Examine ERP data to assist strategic decision-making and notify management of important results.
System Updates and Continuous Improvement: Actively look for and apply system improvements to boost performance.
Maintain the ERP system current with the most recent patches and software upgrades.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification ( Finance Functional Consultant Associate
, Business Central)
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ERP systems in a medium to large organization.
Proven track record in successfully implementing and upgrading ERP systems.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP

Skills:

Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of ERP system architecture and principles

Competencies:

Strategic thinking with a focus on digital transformation.
Change management proficiency.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.
